JDB Sponsors University of St. Thomas Entrepreneur Society

JDB Associates recently became a sponsor of the University of St. Thomas Entrepreneur Society sharing their own entrepreneurial success with their time and financial support of the student organization.  The University of St. Thomas is a comprehensive, co-educational, Catholic university located in St. Paul, MN.   St. Thomas currently enrolls approximately 5,000 undergraduate students providing a wide range of majors as well as playing host to many student clubs and organizations catering to a wide range of student interests. 

One such club, the UST Entrepreneur Society, consists of primarily business majors and embraces and encourages the entrepreneurial spirit among its members.  The club meets bi-monthly hearing from local business owners, participating in social and networking events, as well as community service projects.  The club also attends the annual Collegiate Entrepreneur Organization conference each year.  This year the conference was held in Washington, D.C. from November 7-10.  The conference was attended by over eight hundred students from the United States and Puerto Rico and included keynote speakers, networking events, and breakout sessions focusing on skills needed in starting and running a business.  The University of St. Thomas was recognized as being tied for having the most students from a single school totaling thirty-two!  The UST Entrepreneur Society would like to thank JDB Associates for their generous support.  Without this support the E-Society’s strong attendance at the conference would not have been possible.
